Ethan Kelly Music branding project
Client is a musician based in Toronto who wanted to establish a brand as they continue to grow their own clientele. The job was to create consistent branding, design business cards and a website where all of their available music services could be seen in one place.
Despite graduating and studying classical music, they wanted to put out the vibe of someone who is approachable and welcomes fun. We wanted to keep a timeless air of play present as their largest age group for lessons are below 18 years old and their own dream client would be to make music for games.

The client is very fond of their cat, Coco! Coco is also present during lessons that take place at their studio, should their student not mind the extra company. I used the imagery of a cat and shape of a grand piano in a pixelated/8-bit style to further go in with the themes of play.
This typeface will be used on their website after the client forgoes with it! It is reminiscent of older games while still being legible to present information on his website.
